I'm loving these stainless steel food carriers by To-Go Ware. Seems like they would be great for anything - salads, sandwiches, even soup. And the lid doubles as a plate! You even get a little jar for dressing. Considering it's all stainless steel and completely safe for you and good for the environment, I think the price is a bargain ($18.50).
